Frequently asked questions
What is your turnaround time?
Files will be provided to you within 24-48 hours (Mon-Sat). From there you may print immediately or request any alterations. For printed orders, please allow 1-2 business days to ship AFTER you have reviewed your files and given approval to print. Printed orders are always shipped via FedEx 3-5 Day shipping.
Can I see a sample before purchasing?
Due to a large volume of orders and the time investment made in designing the invitations, the listing must be purchased before any proofs or samples will be provided. Keep in mind that you're free to request any changes after viewing the proofs until you're happy with your invitation!
Can you create a custom invitation for me?
The colors, fonts, wording and in most cases graphics on any of our designs can be altered to fit your needs. If you would like a completely new design, please contact us in advance as we accept completely custom orders on a case by case basis depending on current volume of work.
Can you print invitations for me?
Absolutely! We offer printing on both cardstock and photo paper. Visit our "Printing/Add-On's" section of the shop for cardstock and photo paper listings.
Can you add Star Wars, Mickey Mouse or other themed graphics to your invitations? Other Etsy sellers do!
We can add generic themed graphics to our invitations, such as sports, superhero or princess. We CANNOT used licensed themes such as Star Wars, Mickey Mouse, Marvel Superheroes, Disney Princesses, etc. Despite the fact that other Etsy sellers use these graphics in their work, it is unlawful to do so. In fact, some photo labs will refuse to print invitations with licensed graphics to protect themselves as well!
Is the fee the same if I'll only be emailing my invitation and not printing?
Yes, the fee is the same. The invitation listings in the shop are for the digital file to print on your own. We invest the same amount of time in designing your invitation whether you'll be printing or emailing the invite, so the fee is the same. If you'd like us to print your own invitations, there are Printing Services add-on listings in the shop.
